Caseyville restaurant gets makeover from TV show
It was lights-camera-action for the folks at Caseyville Cafe when their family restaurant was turned into a television set for the television show “Restaurant Impossible” last fall.
Airing on the Food Network, the reality television show takes two days, $10,000 and a team of experts to do a complete physical and operational makeover.
On March 13, viewers will be able to peak into that transformation and meet Caseyville’s newest television stars: co-owners Diane Emery and her daughter Robin Beard Gordon, and their six wait and kitchen staff, which includes Emery’s son, sister and cousins.
