The NHL’s realignment proposal is mostly a good thing for the Blues.
Sure, we’ll all miss their rivalry with the Detroit Red Wings. The medieval stick battles from the old (Chuck) Norris Division days will fade from memory with that franchise on the other side of the league.
St. Louis will only see the Winged Wheel roll in once a season, as part of the new home-and-home format for interconference games.
