Wasabi Management Co. has acquired three SanSai Japanese Grill restaurants in St. Louis.
Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
There are eight Wasabi Japanese restaurants in the St. Louis area and Colorado, operated by Clayton-based Wasabi Management.
Dan Burns, SanSai's founder, is a partner in the new SanSai division of Wasabi Management and will continue to manage the daily operations of SanSai's three St. Louis area restaurants in downtown St. Louis, Maplewood and Webster Groves, the company said in a statement.
