St. Louis barbecue, Arch, markets to be featured on 'Chef Race' : Entertainment

Contestants from the BBC America series "Chef Race: UK vs U.S." hightailed it all over St. Louis in June, from barbecue joints to butcher shops.

On Tuesday, Oct. 30, viewers will get to see the local footage when the show airs at 9 p.m.

The episode features PM BBQ in Chesterfield, Smoki O's in St. Louis and the now-closed Sappington Farmers Market. At each location, the chefs are seen trying to sell their teams' barbecue sauces.
